CONCERT ONE: PLUS ONE/ONE SMALL COIN -
Our first concert, was on July 29, 2000. it was the best one we had went to so far. It was an outside concert, and everyone brings their own chairs and stuff. We got pretty close which was awesome! the concert began and everyone was screaming and singing along! ahh. it was great. one part that was funny, was when jason was talking or singing, i cant remember which, but he was standing and gabe ran up behind him and jumped up on his shoulders! it was hilarious! haha. another cute part was when there was a girl in the front with purple hair and Nate goes, ' is that your REAL hair?! ' it was funny! haha. anyways, when the concert was over we ran for the autograph line. we got pretty close up front which was a good thing cause when we looked behind us the line went all the back to the end of the huge parking lot. we even got to meet some girls in front of us. anyways, we got up there and met the guys! (VERY SWEET GUYS by the way..) and i got my brother's baby blue hat and got the guys to sign the in side of it. it was soo cute cause they were lik trying to move around with the hat cause they didnt know where to sign it. (sorry, the little things make me smile most..haha) anyways..my mum got pix of each of them up close and they turned out AWESOME!! it was great! haha.
CONCERT TWO: PLUS ONE/JACI VELAQUES -
our second concert, was in august 2000, and we got front row! yeah babay! lol..it was awesome cause we figured that Jasons fam was behind us and Jason came over and stood in front of us and began talking to his fam. and when he was finished i got to say hey to him it was great! another awesome part was when we saw Jeremy walking out of the bus. and it looked like he was shaking his butt on purpose when he was walking. so me and my friend were like 'shake yo booty!' haha. it was crazy! the performance was AWESOME! the guys did GREAT! the cool part was when Gabe and i think Nate?..they climbed up on the stands that held up the platform while they were singing! it was s cute! haha..and at the end we ran over to their bus and got to wave to them and stuff. and this one fan runs up to my friend all psyched, she shook my friend and was like 'i caught Jeremy's towel!' she was freaking out! haha..i dont blame her! i wouldve been to! anyways, that was out experience that day.
the third concert we went to..ill let debi tell you about it! it was great!!
CONCERT THREE: DC TALK/PLUS ONE/SALVADOR/POINT OF GRACE/ANDY -
okey peeps...this iz deb..our third concert wuz on august 18,2001. it wuz up in south bend at a thangy called world pulse festival..soo we had ta get up at like 4 in the mornin to drive 6 hours, we had stayed up all nite ta do r hair..we make it a concert thngy that we all ways do our hair freakie and dress weird! mine wuz up in red spikes all ova mah head and wearing a brite tiedyed shirt and a looong blue skirt and patchwork jean shoes. M's hair wuz in long,
top half red, bottom half blonde, corn rows..i 4get what she wuz wearin!! haha..but it wuz worth it. stayin up that iz..lets jest say that the weather wuz sucky. it wuz raining and lightning and mah padre wuz like 'they aint gonna play' but we got there and the sun wuz shinin and it wuz hottt. we couldnt find a seat soo we jest keep walkin around in peoples way!!haha..so i finally asked this one chik (cuse she had front row) if me n M could sit in front of her..she said yeah thank the lord! hehe..there were alot of bands playin..sum jazz bands..which were awesum cuse i play sax and piano..n e wayz..then a band called andy, they were sweel..then salvador played next..and it took them 4EVER ta get their sound rite..there were sum mexicans behind us ta the side and were sayin crap like 'we want salvador, we want salv...'and soo on. me and M despise mexicans..ya no the like dirty ones..n e wayz..that another story 4 aother time..haha..(if ur mexican..dont take offense..i mean the mexicans here..especially the ones at the laundry mat!! haha) okeeey..so on ta the story..then after salvador, it started ta pour..and plusone wuz next, but they kept delayin it cuse the rain but plusone wanted ta go ahead and play..soo in the pouring rain plusone performed!!! FINALLY! it wuz awesum..they had new choreography for each song..they played 'i need a miracle' which wuz such a real tear jerker cuse nate sang the last of it on his knees..we were bawlin..hahaha..not really, we were too pumped..then they played 'with all ur heart'. .nathan iz soo hott when he sings!! hehe..then the last song wuz 'under the influence of you'. that wuz kickin baby!! i luved it cuse it sounded harder than the pop sound..and it wuz still pourin..soo gabe and the guys started ta slid across the stage on their stomaches cuse it wuz too slick ta really dance hard! then gabe and nate got on the huge speakers and swung their towels around in da air..nate got down in the front of the crowd and the chiks were screechin tryin ta rip his shirt off..haha..then gabe put his towel on his head like one of those guys in the bible, soo we started ta like call him moses!!! the whole time of the concert, the crowd had this huge beach ball..and we would hit it back in forth in the crowd..it went on the stage sometimes and they hit it out..it wuz really wet, rainy and windy..i swear gabe stared at me the whole concert..haha..that wuz soo awesum..then it stopped
after plusone ended..and then point of grace came out..we left then ta go search out plusone's bus..cuse we didnt care ta see them cse they suck..hard!..n e wayz..we went ova there and jeremy and nathan were there signin things over the fence..M got her pic with nathan..i did too but the stupid moron of a chik didnt turn on the flash soo it didnt work out..but at least i gotta hug him and then jeremy took a pic with mah lil sista..then they went around ta the side of the bus where gabe wuz n jay n nate..but there were no fans cuse of the fence..soo i got sum pix of them runnin around back there from were i wuz..then they
went ta eat sum where in sum bus..but jer stayed a lil while longer..he wuz wearin sum skin tite pants and we were like, geez hes got skinnie legs! haha.. n e wayz..then he went bac in the bus and wuz talkin out of the screen window and we ask him ta cum bac out soo he did..then we saw dc talk..tait n kmax were ova there by the fence..soo i got kmaxs autograph and i stepped out of the crowd and then shouted hey man..and he looked straight at me fo a pic..olord he iz soo hotttt..i luv him...we then went bac ova ta the stage cuse dc talk were gonna play but toby came out and wuz like they wont let us play..cuse it wuz pourin hard.. i wuz soo peed..n e wayz..we waited around at the fence then the buses started leavin, mah lil sista went off sum where in search of plusone and got lost..soo mah dad wuz soo mad and wuz runnin around the grounds hyperventilatin and freakin out..but me and M were running around the buses cuse it took them hours ta get thro the crowds soo they were stuck ta a stand still alot fo a while..all the chiks were around the windows cuse plusone wuz hangin out of the windows..soo thats were i wuz while the rest of the fam wuz off searchin fo mah sista and freakin out..i held mah camera up ta the window and jay took sum pix in the bus..but bein so dumb, 4got ta put on the flash, soo none of them turned out except the one that he took of the crowd.i wuz like, y did ya take one of the crowd jay, duh..like we want a pic of the crowd! haha it wuz slammin n e wayz..they were throwin trash out of the windows..like sum angel food cake with sum kind of raspberry sauce in the box thangy..and jay wuz like, yah want sum angel food cake?!! haha..then as they were
pullin out of the parking lot, jay waved at us fom out of the window..and out of the big windshield, thats were all the guys were..with the bus driver..nate stared at us then smile that hottt but cheesy smile at M.. that made her day!! we ended up takin 108 pix!! mean while.. christina wuz still lost and every one wuz still lookin fo her while i wuz off in a blissful state of mind! hehe..she wuz lost fo about 3 hours..but me and M were laughin and jokin around while the parentals were like..'fo once in our life can you be serious?' they were like acting like sum one had takin her and wuz sum where raping her or sumthang..mah dad got soo freaked that he wuz like callin the police and crap..but i wuz still off in wonderland...weel..ta make a long storyshort..we found her in the van and we went merrily along!! | |
